How much does it cost to attend your webinars?

All of our webinars are free to attend. We believe in providing easily accessible resources for clinical professionals to help better their research operations.

Is there a deadline to register?

No, you can sign up for the webinar right up until the scheduled time. However, it may take a few minutes to receive the confirmation email with your login information. To avoid missing the beginning of the webinar, we recommend you try to register at least one hour before the webinar begins.

I just registered, but I have not received an email confirming my registration.

Please allow up to 30 minutes to receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email from Go To Webinar after that time, please email webinars@forteresearch.com. We will confirm that you are registered and resend you the confirmation email. Also, be sure to add both webinars@forteresearch.com and gotowebinar@citrixonline.com to your address book to ensure your email does not get stuck in a spam filter.

Why am I having problems with the registration link?

The platform we host our registration pages on only supports the following browsers: IE10 and above, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. If you are not using one of these, please try registering again in a different/updated browser. If you continue to have problems, contact us at webinars@forteresearch.com.

I’m trying to ask a question, but getting no response.

Due to the number of participants on each webinar, phone lines are muted. Please submit your questions for the presenter via the “Questions” box in Go To Webinar.

My question was not answered before the webinar ended. How can I still get an answer?

We will do our best to connect with the presenter to address many of the unanswered questions. These questions and answers may be posted in a blog post within a few weeks after the webinar. We cannot, however, guarantee that your question will be answered. If you have a specific question for the presenter, we encourage you to reach out to them directly. Their email will be provided during the presentation, as well as in an email follow up after the webinar.

How can I contact the presenter with additional questions or for more information?

The presenter’s contact information is available within the slides, as well as in the follow up email that is sent after the webinar has ended.

I have a scheduling conflict. Can I get a copy of the slides?

Slides are typically sent to all registrants after the webinar has ended. Even if you are unable attend, registering for the webinar will ensure you receive them afterwards.

Are slides available prior to the webinar?

No. Unfortunately, we do not share the slides before the webinars. They will be sent out in an email shortly after the webinar has ended.

I wish some of my colleagues could have seen the presentation. Was the webinar recorded?

Possibly. Out of respect for our presenters and their content, we leave the decision to record up to them. While we encourage all presentations to be recorded, we cannot guarantee that every one will be. If it has been recorded, a link to the video will be included in the follow up email after the webinar has ended. Links to past webinars can also be found on Forte’s Webinars page. To get the most benefit, however, we encourage individuals to do their best to attend the live presentation.
