All of our webinars are free to attend. We believe in providing easily accessible resources for clinical professionals to help better their research operations.
Is there a deadline to register?
No, you can sign up for the webinar right up until the scheduled time. However, it may take a few minutes to receive the confirmation email with your login information. To avoid missing the beginning of the webinar, we recommend you try to register at least one hour before the webinar begins.
I just registered, but I have not received an email confirming my registration.
Please allow up to 30 minutes to receive a confirmation email. If, after that time, you do not receive an email from Go To Webinar, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will confirm that you are registered and resend you the confirmation email. Also, be sure to add both email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book to ensure your email does not get stuck in a spam filter.
Why am I having problems with the registration link?
The platform we host our registration pages on only support the following browsers: IE10 and above, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.
If you are not using one of these, please try registering again in a different/updated browser. If you continue to have problems, contact us at email@example.com.
I’m trying to ask a question, but getting no response.
Due to the number of participants on each webinar, phone lines are muted. Please submit your questions for the presenter via the “Questions” box in Go To Webinar.
My question did not get answered before the webinar ended. How can I still get it answered?
We will do our best to connect with the presenter to address many of the unanswered questions. These questions and answers may be posted in a blog post within a few weeks after the webinar. We cannot, however, guarantee that your question will get answered. If you have a specific question for the presenter, we encourage you to reach out to them directly. Their email will be provided during the presentation, as well as in an email follow up after the webinar.
How can I contact the presenter with additional questions or for more information?
The presenter’s contact information is available within the slides, as well as in the follow up email that is sent after the webinar has ended.
I have a scheduling conflict. Can I get a copy of the slides?
Slides are typically sent to all registrants after the webinar has ended. Even if you are unable attend, registering for the webinar will ensure you receive them afterwards. However, we occasionally have presenters who prefer to only share the slides with those in attendance. In this case, registering for the webinar will not guarantee you receive the slides.
Are slides available prior to the webinar?
No. Unfortunately, we do not share the slides before the webinars. They will be sent out in an email shortly after the webinar has ended.
I wish some of my colleagues could have seen the presentation. Was the webinar recorded?
Possibly. Out of respect for our presenters and their content, we leave the decision to record up to them. While we encourage all presentations to be recorded, we cannot guarantee that every one will be. If it has been recorded, a link to the video will be included in the follow up email after the webinar has ended. Links to past webinars can also be found at https://forteresearch.com/resources/webinar/. To get the most benefit, however, we encourage individuals to do their best to attend the live presentation.
I accidentally closed out of the survey after the webinar. Can I still provide feedback?
Yes, we would love to hear your thoughts. If you were not able to complete the survey, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can email you the questions. Or, if you simply wish to provide general feedback, you may send your comments to this email as well.
Will I receive CEUs for this webinar?
Our webinars are not associated with any formal accreditation. Therefore, you will not receive CEUs for attending. However, we do provide a certificate of attendance to anyone who has attended the live webinar. This will be included in the follow up email after the webinar has ended. We do not offer certificates for viewing on-demand webinars.
How do you determine webinar topics and presenters?
All of our presenters are experts in their field that we have previously worked with or met through business associates or at industry events. Based on their area of expertise, Forte works with them to ensure the topic is relevant to current issues and will provide value to the research community. If you have a request for a future topic that you feel would be beneficial and appeal to the clinical research community as a whole, please email your idea(s) to email@example.com.
How long is the webinar?
All of our general interest webinars are slated for one hour. Typically, this allows for 45-50 minutes of presentation, with the remaining time for questions and answers.
How do I learn about upcoming webinars?
Our webinars are always listed in the resources section of our website, https://forteresearch.com/resources/webinars. Additionally, emails are sent about 2 weeks prior to, and one day before, a scheduled webinar. If you have previously attended a webinar, you will already be on the mailing list to receive these notifications. If you have not attended a webinar yet, you may subscribe to the email list.
I’m interested in presenting a webinar with Forte. Whom do I contact?
We are always interested in speaking with others in the community who are interested in sharing their knowledge. If you or someone you know is interested in presenting a webinar, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to express interest.
