It’s 2019 Spring Onsemble week – which means the Onsemble community has traveled to Dana Point, California to the beautiful Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa for a week of education, networking, and a little fun.
Our bi-annual conference brings together hundreds of clinical research professionals to share their best practices, learn from each other, and go home with strategic and tactical ways to improve clinical research at institutions across the country. This year, registration sold out weeks before – so we know it’s going to be a good one.
We are excited to be providing attendees many opportunities to earn CEUs including 40 from the California Board of Nursing and 30 from ACRP. With an expanded content line-up, we have sessions and workshops that emphasize many different needs that our customers have shared with us from technology adoption to managing a CTO to study activation.
In addition to our Coverage Analysis workshop, new this year is a hands-on OnCore 101 workshop that will walk trainees through the quick wins and interesting features of OnCore, including task lists, protocol search, Forte Insights dashboards, subject visit management, and sponsor invoicing. We also have Beth Harper from ACRP joining us to facilitate a workshop on how to make the most of your Sponsor relationships, as well as a new workshop with Wendy Tate, PhD, of Forte on how to survey stakeholders to measure process improvement.
With our continued emphasis on helping customers derive more value from their current technology, there are several sessions for customers to make the most of OnCore, including “Leveraging OnCore for Clinical Research Billing Compliance,” and “OnCore Receivables Interfaces: Sharing Experiences.” One session I’m particularly excited for is panel where clinical research professionals will be discussing how sites, CROs, and sponsors can best partner for success, facilitated by our own CEO, Shree Kalluri.
And, of course, the inspiring keynote address from Kalluri will give us a window into the future of clinical research operations and the steps Forte is taking to transform clinical research. We’ll also hear from James Wurdeman, our Chief Product Officer, about the latest and greatest product innovations.
If this is your first Onsemble, welcome! And if this is your 27th Onsemble, thank you for being a part of this community. We look forward to learning from you each year.
