In just over a week, members of the Forte team will be joining cancer center administrators and staff from around the country at the annual Cancer Center Administrator’s Forum, hosted by the Masonic Cancer Center at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN.
In addition to being a proud sponsor of the conference, Forte will also be holding a pre-conference workshop session. The workshop, titled “We Can Work It Out: Using Technology for the CCSG” will be explore how different cancer centers are leveraging technology to make their grant application and renewal processes more efficient.
The workshop will include a panel discussion of cancer center administrators moderated by Forte CEO and founder Shree Kalluri on the importance of technology in the CCSG process, and the vision for the future of research administration technology solutions.
Additionally, workshop attendees will get the chance to have a collaborative group discussion about how they’ve integrated technology into their CCSG processes and cancer center operations in order to better showcase their research and demonstrate ROI to the NCI and internal stakeholders.
One way cancer centers are able to centralize their research administration data is through the use of Forte’s Research Evaluation System, EVAL. EVAL allows organizations to gather data and make meaningful connections between grants, investigators, publications and more.
During the workshop, attendees will see a demonstration of EVAL in action, including its powerful Member Scenarios tool, which allows users to rearrange program membership composition and immediately see how changes impact grant and publication counts. The demonstration will also cover Forte Insights for EVAL, a business intelligence solution that visualizes EVAL data in turnkey dashboards. Insights dashboards are great for demonstrating value to internal stakeholders and tracking progress toward CCSG and CTSA goals.
We’d love to have you join us for our pre-conference workshop session on Sunday, March 17 at 9:00AM in the Depot Pavilion. You can save your seat by registering in advance here.
Not able to attend the workshop? Stop by the Forte booth throughout the conference or connect with us Monday night at the Mill City Museum Dinner and Prince Dance Party sponsored by Forte.
Missing CCAF this year? We’d still be happy to connect and help you learn more about how technology can help your organization become a center of excellence.
