Forte Research Systems Celebrates Success in 2016

As 2016 comes to a close, it’s time to reflect on the successes and accomplishments of the past 12 months. Here at Forte Research Systems, we saw many exciting developments in 2016, including new offerings, increased community involvement and amazing company growth.

Listed below are just a few of the important milestones Forte greeted in 2016:

Launching Research Insights

In August, Forte’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Nimblify Inc. released the first version of its new offering, Research Insights, a cloud-based analytics platform. Developed in collaboration with several leading institutions, Research Insights provides answers to complex research questions using easy-to-interpret visualizations. This first release includes integration with Forte’s OnCore Enterprise Research and pulls operational data from its CTMS module.

Giving Back to the Community

Volunteerism is a large part of Forte’s company culture, and community involvement is encouraged for Forte employees all year round. This year, Team Forte expanded its involvement with two new initiatives. In September, Forte gave employees the opportunity to participate in an international volunteer trip to Peru. This year, Forte also partnered with the Scholarships for Superheroes Fund to help children navigate life after cancer.

Debuting the Forte Research Ecosystem at Onsemble 2016

This Fall, Forte hosted its largest-ever Onsemble Conference at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel. Over 220 attendees joined the conference to enjoy the collaboration and community that makes the Onsemble Conference valuable. During the keynote presentation on day two of the conference, Forte’s Founder, President, CEO & Chief Operating Officer, Shree Kalluri debuted the Forte Research Ecosystem. This new model reveals Forte’s larger purpose and drive, placing the customer community at the very heart of all operations and decisions.

With help from members of the Forte team, Kalluri recently launched an entrepreneurial blog for business professionals titled 100NPS. His intention for this blog is to use Forte’s success as an example for the business community and discuss his experiences of building Forte into the company it is today. The blog reflects the company’s continuous work while encouraging input and collaboration from members of the business community. In his writing, Kalluri provides practical advice and takeaways on topics such as customer-centricity, collaboration, competition and maintaining company culture.

Continued Company Growth

Thanks to Forte’s investment from Primus Capital, the company has grown to obtain more office space at its Madison, Wisconsin location. Forte also hired 45 new employees over the course of 2016 and predicts continuous growth in the new year.
