There’s extra excitement and a bit of nostalgia in the air at this year’s Spring Onsemble Conference. Forte’s Onsemble Conference is a biannual customer-exclusive event that brings the community together to participate in dynamic workshops, interactive sessions and collaborative conversations with peer organizations to find solutions for common industry challenges.
On Monday, the Onsemble Community reunited in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL to take part in the opening sessions of our 25th Onsemble Conference. This milestone conference promises to be one for the books, with almost 250 attendees from top research institutions across the country and four days jam-packed with valuable opportunities to learn and network.
As we take a look back at the past 12 years and 24 conferences, it’s amazing how much the Onsemble Community has expanded and evolved. Once a small group of peer organizations, the community is now a strong and collaborative group of 70 research institutions from across the country. With so many individuals dedicated to finding innovative solutions to the industry’s most pressing challenges, the Onsemble Community has the power to move research forward.
Already, the 2018 Spring Onsemble Conference has given attendees an opportunity to learn and develop strategies for process improvements at their organizations. On Monday, many attendees participated in hands-on workshops hosted by Forte team members where they gained best practices for enhancing their use of Forte solutions. During the “Best Practices for eLearning Development” workshop, Forte’s eLearning Developer, Tim Spinler, taught participants the ins and outs of creating engaging eLearning modules. Participants can now take their enhanced knowledge of eLearning tools back to their organizations to improve adoption and training for system end users.
After a full day of workshops, attendees enjoyed a relaxing, welcoming reception at the Sawgrass Marriot Golf Resort & Spa on Monday night. Even the rain didn’t stop attendees from chatting with friends, old and new, over delicious drinks and hor d’oeuvres.
Today began with the Forte keynote, where Forte’s Founder, CEO, and Chief Customer Officer, Shree Kalluri and other members of the senior leadership team announced the new and innovative ways we continue to help our customers unleash their research potential. The lineup of sessions to follow allows attendees the opportunity to choose from a variety of topic tracks, including Data Management, Analytics and Reporting, Financials and more. In each track, attendees can expect to learn about real experiences from speakers at top research organizations and find ample time for questions and follow-up discussion.
