The Onsemble 2014 Spring Conference will be held February 26-28 in Atlanta and co-hosted by the Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University. It is the 17th installment of the semi-annual conference, and since the beginning, it has continued to grow. This spring, more than 200 clinical research professionals from around the country will gather at the conference.

Here are three reasons why they will be attending and why you shouldn’t miss it:

1) Informative topics focused on improving operations

The general session is focused on delivering valuable discussion around key operational topics. Members of the clinical research community will share practices at their institutions and discuss solutions. Topics include how institutions have implemented and enforced standard operating procedures (SOPs), and processes for accrual monitoring.

The conference agenda will also feature breakout sessions centered on important topics, including biospecimen management and ClinicalTrials.gov reporting.

2) Networking opportunities

Attendees will have the opportunity to attend several valuable networking opportunities throughout the conference. A pre-conference reception, a welcome reception hosted by the Winship Cancer Institute, and a group networking dinner all offer attendees the chance to network and collaborate with their peers.

3) Technology discussions

In addition to popular general interest topics, the conference also features sessions dedicated to improving operations with the OnCore® Enterprise Research system. Sessions will explore monitoring practices with OnCore, as well as training strategies for system rollouts and new features. There will also be breakout sessions focused on enterprise-wide rollouts, OnCore integrations, and more.
