Allegro subscriptions are based on an annual per user license. It doesn’t get much simpler than this. Only pay based on the number of staff using the system.

Full Access

  • $960 per user per year
  • 3 - 5 users *
  • $720 per user per year
  • 6 or more users
  • Full feature set available to users
  • Typical users include research coordinators, patient recruiters, accounting, and site managers/directors

Reports Access

A Full Access subscription must first be purchased to add Reports users.

  • $180 per user per year
  • Users can access reports and dashboards only
  • Typical users include PIs and management/administrative staff

For security, specific role-based settings can be defined to limit the number of features available to individuals.

*Minimum subscription is $2880 per year.

On-boarding

Our team will help facilitate an efficient on-boarding process that meets your site’s implementation goals and gets you up and running in the system quickly. In some cases, this can be in as little as a few days.

User Training

Upon activation, your site will receive hands-on, guided training sessions to ensure you’re comfortable with all features. Additionally, live and recorded training webinars and help documentation are always available.

Customer Support

If you need additional support after your initial training, the Allegro Support team is available to assist you.

Software Updates

Regular software releases include new features and enhancements based on customer feedback and are automatically updated at no additional cost to you.
