Essential Job Duties (in order of priority)

  • Prospect, qualify and develop leads via a mix of inbound and outbound techniques to create viable sales-ready opportunities
  • Build and cultivate customer relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up qualification in order to move new business opportunities into the sales funnel.
  • Manage initial inbound sales process for all inquiries across Forte products and services
  • Professionally communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in Salesforce CRM to ensure efficient lead management
  • Maintain CRM database integrity by performing database deduping and cleanup activities
  • Disseminate opportunities to appropriate Account Executive, educating rep as necessary about the opportunity
  • Achieve team monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • High school diploma required
  • Equivalent work experience will be considered


  • 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred
  • Experience in software industry preferred
  • Experience in clinical research or academic medical centers preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM system preferred
