Year in Review: Forte Highlights of 2015

Here at Forte, a new year means exciting new possibilities. It also means time to look back on all the successes of the past 12 months. This year, we have a lot to celebrate, including historic markers, new partnerships and future ambitions.

Listed below are just a few of the exciting milestones Forte greeted in 2015:

15 Years of Clinical Research Software Success

On February 21, 2015, we celebrated Forte’s 15-year anniversary as a provider of clinical research software solutions. Since 2000, Forte has focused solely on delivering the best-in-class clinical research management software, with products ranging from clinical trial management systems to electronic data capture software. In homage to past and present achievements, we created a historical company infographic.

Securing an Investment from Primus Capital

In May, Forte was able to secure an investment from private equity firm, Primus Capital. This partnership allowed Forte to continue to grow and execute new initiatives in the clinical research industry throughout 2015 and beyond. As a result, Forte celebrated a milestone of 100 US employees only months after the partnership was confirmed.

Launching Subsidiary, Nimblify

In August, Forte announced the launch of its subsidiary, Nimblify, Inc. As Forte’s first new growth initiative following the Primus investment, Nimblify aims to create efficiencies across all stakeholders within the clinical research industry. The company launched its first offering, Nimblify Participant Payments, in December.

Forte Webinar Success

In 2015, we continued to publish educational resources to the Forte Clinical Research Blog and resources page in an effort to help you enhance your clinical research operations. In particular, Forte webinars showed an exciting increase in popularity, garnering over 20,000 registrants this year. Our most popular webinar, “HIPAA Basics for Clinical Research,” gained over 2,000 registrants alone.
