Fun & games

Take a break from work and head over to the game room. From afternoon matches to annual tournaments, enjoy ping pong, pool, among other favorites. Off-site company-wide events are great for socializing, including happy hours, holiday parties, and much more.

Staying fit and healthy

Free in-house yoga classes are offered twice a day. Employees can stay active when they leave the office with health club reimbursements, too!

A Spirit of giving

Forte encourages all team members to play an active role in the community. Accordingly, each team member is provided up to 40 hours of paid volunteer time off each calendar year. In addition to individual volunteer efforts, organized Team Forte events occur regularly throughout the year. These are events in which several coworkers rally together to support a cause.

Emphasis on learning

Forte actively invests in its people. In addition to lunch and learns, each employee is allotted up to $3,000 per year for professional development. To encourage lifelong learning, Forte will also reimburse up to $250 in costs associated with team member participation in any classes they take.
